Representatives of the French Embassy and the French Institute visited Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University - Lisa Barrie, Attaché for University and Scientific Cooperation, Eva Bertrand, Coordinator of the French-Georgian University, Sarah Gambardella, Intern of the French Institute and Embassy, and Natia Mskhaladze, Head of “Campus France.”
During the meeting with BSU Rector Tite Aroshidze, the current cooperation between the university and French higher education institutions and future prospects were discussed. It was noted that BSU actively cooperates with French universities within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.
Eva Bertrand, Attaché for University and Scientific Cooperation of the French Embassy, spoke about the opportunities for developing joint educational and scientific projects, as well as plans to expand international mobility. The meeting was attended by BSU Deputy Rectors Giorgi Katamadze and Tamar Siradze, Head of the Department of Strategic Development and International Relations Marina Giorgadze, and Head of the Romance Philology Educational Program Professor Natalia Surguladze.
