
The Rules of Enrolment and Requirements for Foreign School/University Entrants/Graduate Students at Shota Rustaveli State University without Unified Entry Examinations/Graduate Record Examinations
- Consultancy with the Dean/ Deputy Dean of the faculty
- Entrants/postgraduate students must submit the following documents to Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University at the following address:
- Batumi, Ninoshvili Street, No. 35, Chancery (Office No. 1)
or
- send them to the BSU official email info@bsu.edu.ge
Required Documentation:
- An application (Application Form)
- A copy of the applicant’s identity card (in case of foreign citizens, the notarized translation in Georgian of the copy of Passport)
- In the case of filing an application by another person, the document certifying the authority thereof (power of attorney);
- In the case of filing an application by a parent, the notarized copy of the child’s Birth Certificate;
- A translated in Georgian and notarized copy of an educational document* The educational document submitted for requesting the recognition of higher education should contain information on the form of received higher education abroad)
- After reviewing the documents – Georgian Language Testing/Exam (min level - B1).
- In case of positive results, BSU will issue an Acceptance letter signed by the rector
- In case of transfer from another educational institution, the faculty will prepare a conclusion on compliance of education received in the period of studying abroad.
