Requirements:

1. Application is open for bachelor, master and PhD candidate students;
2. Participants should register;
3. Authors of incomplete documents and an unclearly translated thesis will not be allowed to attend the conference.  The refusal will be sent to the applicant by e-mail. The authors of an approved.
4. No group work papers nor more than one paper from one person is allowed.

• Actuality of the topic (the paper should be written based on the research)
• Thematic relevance

The rules of registration of an article and the resume:

The participant should present the el-version of an article with the following rules:

• The article and the resume should be presented in A4 format. Field : Up-2,0cm,  down – 2,0cm, left – 3,0 cm and right – 1,5 cm;
• Font : Sylfaen for Georgian Text and Times New Roman for English texts;
• The interval between the lines : 1, 15;
• The pictures, graphics, schemes and etc. In the format of TIFF 300dpi; 600dpi;
• The formulas should be typed in the formula redactor in Microsoft equation 2.0 (2.1).

• The article should be no more than 5 pages;
• The author is responsible for the ideas and the conclusions written in the article;
• The Articles will be selected for publication in advance.

Working languages: Georgian, English and Russian.

Important dates:

• Registration deadline : August 25;
• The deadline for sending the thesis (no more than 2 pages) : August 25; e-mail: conference@bsu.edu.ge;
• The deadline for sending the article : September 1^st , 2015;
• The review period of the articles by the commission : September 2-7, 2015;
• Date of selection : September 8-9, 2015;
• Opening the conference: September 25-27, 2015.

1. The theses of the participants will be published and delivered to the authors;
2. The duration of presentations will be 10-15 minutes, 8-10 minutes for discussion.

In the framework of the conference, the participants will be provided:

• The Publishing of their paper;
• Accommodation;
• Gala dinner;
• Excursion.
