On June 24-25, 2023, the Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University will host the annual conference of the International Public Law Society (ICON•S Georgia) "Challenges of Modern Public Law", organized with the financial support of USAID Rule of Law program, the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of Adjara Autonomous Republic, Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University and dedicated to 30th anniversary of faculty of Law. ICON•S Georgia is an academic organization that was established in Georgia last year, unites the academic staff of various Georgian universities, including BSU, and its goal is to promote the development of public law in Georgia, research and strengthen international academic cooperation. More than 100 speakers from Georgian and foreign universities will participate in the conference, there will be 4 plenary sessions with invited foreign and Georgian experts, 24 thematic panel sessions, book presentation and book exhibition. The Faculty of Humanities of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, and Ajara Autonomous Republic Regional Branch of Georgian National Academy of Science with the support of the EU grant KEAC-BSR (MSCA HORIZON2020) are holding an international conference on 23-24 June 2023 in Batumi on New Horizons of Interdisciplinary Research dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Professor David Gotsiridze

Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Faculty of Humanities, is holding an international scientific conference on December 2-4, 2022. Topic: "Humanities in the Information Society - IV" (the first conference was held in 2009, the second - in 2014, the third - in 2018).The following sections will be working at the conference: 1. Mass communications and media research; 2. Corpus linguistics; 3. Digital Humanities; 4. Lingo-cultural studies; 5. Comparative literature 6. Georgia and the outside world (history-archeology); 7. New Paradigms of Intercultural Philosophy.
