Since April 21, 2014, with the support of the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation and the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, Georgian state universities have free access to Elsevier's ScienceDirect and Scopus databases.

ScienceDirect contains nearly one-quarter of the world's peer-reviewed scholarly, technical, and medical literature in full-text format.

Scopus is an abstract and citation database that provides research analysis tools across all fields.

Electronic resources are accessible from university computer networks, and with registration, can be used from anywhere. To access the database, type the following in your internet browser's address bar: www.sciencedirect.com  or www.scopus.com

This is a database that provides access to 3 major indices: Science Citation Index Expanded, Social Sciences Citation Index, and Arts & Humanities Citation Index. WoS also supports cited reference searching

The database provides free access to digital archives from 1997 onwards, containing 161 journals in Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI), Science Citation Index (SCI), and 46 journals in Arts & Humanities Citation Index from Thomson Reuters. It features 384 leading journal titles across various disciplines.

The database contains articles in mechanical engineering (SAGE Publishing) from 1847 to present. 17 out of 18 titles are included in Thomson Reuters Journal Citation Reports, and all journals are indexed in SCOPUS.

The database contains over 1.4 million records and provides links to over 337,000 full texts.

The database contains over 192 million pages of material in both text and image-based formats.
