
On March 13-14 of this year, the second Steering Committee meeting of the project was held at the Panagia Hotel in Trabzon, Turkey. The meeting was organized by the project partner, Professor Kadir Seyhan of Trabzon Karadeniz Technical University.
The first day of the meeting dealt with the problems that arose during the first reporting period of the project, which mainly concerned procurement.
The project coordinator introduced the meeting participants to the recommendations provided by the project management body for the subsequent period.
On the second day of the meeting, the project partner organizations’ managers presented the information to be submitted for the second period report, such as:

The meeting was attended online by Cosmin Ungureanu, Project Officer of the Gretna Programme. Ungureanu spoke to the participants of the Steering Committee meeting about the rules for submitting financial and narrative reports. He also drew attention to the need to submit an updated project budget notification.
